Welcome to the Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development (OFAPD). The advancement of IUSM relies to the greatest extent upon the work of faculty. Without a cadre of visionary leaders and engaged faculty, the institution will not achieve its goal as a premier medical school.
As a result, OFAPD exists to help faculty reach their full potential. The activities of OFAPD encompass four main areas:
