The Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We are located on the 6th Floor of Fairbanks Hall, 340 W. 10th Street.
Fairbanks Hall is accessible from the IU Medical Center or Methodist Hospital via the People Mover, Canal Station. Parking spaces are available at Fairbanks for guests, with a 2 hour limit.
