The IUSM must recruit, retain, and advance the best faculty to acheive its strategic goals and to accomplish our tripartite mission. All faculty talent must be maximized and the culture must enable all faculty to reach their full potential. The stakes are too high for any portion of the talent pool to be under-utilized. Women, however, remain under-represented both at the IUSM and nationally among the faculty, particularly among senior leadership.
